Roberta is an advisor on cultural relations policy and project design. She founded Culturally.eu, an Italian based hacking laboratory and network – active in the European dimension – which works with private and public sector to deliver EU cultural relations.
Previously, Roberta was engaged with European and National Institutions as policy advisor and responsible for inter-institutional partnerships. She worked also with private and public companies on a large range of projects which provided her with a broad skill-set.
Mentioning creative analogies as key-factor of her profile and with an attentive eye to the cultural aspect of the issues dealt with in three complementary dimensions – Research, Policy and Action – she is inspired by the idea to actively contribute to the European collective effort in the field of International Cultural Relations.
After a degree in Oriental Studies and some important experiences in Japan, Roberta took a Master Degree in Communication and Management and a second one in European Affairs, which provided her with a global overview and expertise on European Institutions and Policies. After that she has been actively participating in a large variety of experiences on Global Governance with a persistent aim to turn research into action.
