Jon Stever is the Founder and Managing Director of The Office – an exclusive and collaborative work space which hosts artists, makers, social entrepreneurs, researchers, policy makers – and a co-founder and Acting Director of Impact Hub Kigali. Jon is a macroeconomist, social entrepreneur, writer, artist and community organiser. Among other projects, he designed Rwanda’s national climate change fund and wrote Rwanda’s national debt policy. He believes that true economic and social development is an inclusive, bottom-up process driven by communities.
